Party Details

All Parties Include:

• $50 Deposit Required

• 1 Round of miniature golf for each paid party guest

• 2 hours use of our dedicated party space

• Small ice cream for each guest

• The birthday guest of honor plays for free on the day of the party

• Free miniature golf voucher for each paid party participant, to be used at a later date

 

Party Packages Starting at $215!

• Package A Mini Golf Party: (10 guests) – $215

• Package B Mini Golf plus 3 Go Kart Races: (10 guests) – $390

• Package C Mini Golf plus 6 Go Kart Races: (10 guests) – $565

• * An $8.50 charge will be added to the final bill for each additional participating guest above the 10 included guests as listed in the package prices.

 

Important Things to Remember When Booking a Party:

• ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

• Please arrive 20-30 minutes before the booked time to make sure all details are taken care of before your guests arrive.

• Parties must start and end at the reserved times.

• Children need to be accompanied by an adult at all times. Adults are responsible for the actions of the children in their care.

 

Cancellation Policy:

• Parties can be rescheduled for free up to 24 hours before the party, however, there can be no guarantee of the availability of future dates or times

• We will happily reschedule your party, if cancellation is due to the birthday child’s illness, a major emergency with proof or in the case of inclement weather. Please note: the go karts cannot be used if the track is wet. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact us to reschedule any party.

 

Hosts are allowed to bring in the following items to be kept in the party area

• Cake

• Cupcakes

• Food

• Juice or Soda

• Party decorations

• No alcoholic beverages are allowed.

This contract must be agreed to or we will not be able to provide your party and any deposit will be forfeited.

A party itinerary, with A specific time schedule, will be provided on the day of the party.

 

Your party balance is due the day of the party and may be paid by debit, credit or cash.

NO checks please, unless full payment is made at least 10 days prior to your event.

You are more than welcome to tip your party hosts. It is very much appreciated!
