• This ride is not recommended for individuals with heart, neck or back trouble or for pregnant women

• Participation is at your own risk

• Bumping of go karts is prohibited

• Shoes and shirts must be worn at all times in the track area 

• Go Karts have rotating parts, as such, hair must be secured above the shoulders

• Anyone suspected to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed in the karts or the track area

• All personal items including clothing , jewelry, cell phones, etc. must be secured and contained within the seating area

• Both hands must be kept on the steering wheel and both feet must be kept in the go kart at all times

• Eating, drinking and smoking is prohibited in the karts and track area

• When entering the pit area, go karts must be slowed and patrons must await attendant's instructions

• Seat belts must be properly worn and fastened at all times

• Drivers and passengers must be seated at all times when in the go karts

• If trouble arises, patrons must stay in the go kart and raise a hand for assistance

• Any misconduct or failure to comply with track rules will result in immediate removal from the track area

• Any questions should be asked of the attendant

• Mr. Whipy's Golf Acres reserves the right to refuse service to anyone
